How do we enter a Super
Series Arizona tournament?
All teams who wish to
participate in a Super Series Arizona tournament must first
register with
Super Series Baseball
for the 2009
Spring/Summer season.
Once registered with Super
Series Baseball, simply download an event registration form
by clicking on the link below.

form, along with an official copy of your Super Series
Roster, by mail
or fax
to the Super Series Arizona office.

Tournament entry fees may be
paid by CHECK ONLY
and made payable to
Triple Play Baseball
Faxed entries will be
accepted without payment; however, if payment is not
received within 7 days
of the tournament start date, your team's spot will be
offered to any wait listed teams.
Tournament entry fees are
non-refundable within
14 days of the
tournament start date.
Upon your team's arrival at
the tournament, you will be asked to provide an updated
Super Series Roster and proof of team insurance.
